Who knew that all you needed was a hose clamp to fix founders.

Now we know why saddlebreds never have this problem.

I must be mellowing in my old age. I sort of feel sorry for this guy. He's got a lot of hope and money into this. To bad. Maybe he should have invented a hoof stand so he could have held the foot out of the snow, in the video.

I'm all for new ideas and people chasing dreams and full filling there goals..but this is a bit off base..starting with the one time low price of 60 bucks for a $1.50 pipe clamp...that alone I hope he fails in his endeavors..I'm no stranger to trying to be self employed and I know the real cost of a start up..but taking a already patt pipe strap cutting it and riveting a round screw plate at each end does no merit 60 to 70 bucks.. and how in the world did he get a Patten on that seeing how it already in production .. I know a horse at a clinic getting botox injections and a lot of other things to get him back to pasture sound ..who would have thought a 1.50 clamp is all that's needed...the web site reads like its a sure thing...

You're doing it the hard way Travis. Just cut the hose clamp and drill a hole in each end, or just run the screw through the little slits in the strap. Aslo, I think you can get the clamps from Harbor Freight for about fifty cents each.
I'm a bit underwhelmed at the scientific research presented on the web site too. Maybe doing the video in a barn with mats would have been nice, but then I'm not a former advertising and marketing expert like his wife was.
