Does anyone know of any books on the subject of making collars? I have been searching the web but there is next to no info about collars in general, much less making them.
Call THE BOARDWALK here in Laramie (307 742 3977). Ask for Rob (Vogal). There's a good chance he could help you. They do a lot of antique tack restoration.
