I just got 2 sets of nippers back from Mitchell Jones. One par of GE half round and one 12" GE. Mitchell does a great job. I've been using his service for about 4 years and he has always delivered top notch work at a reasonable rate. I sent these out on December 3rd and got them back today. I think that 10 days turnaround is excellent. I've never replaced a rivet. If you sent the extra $10 and it didn't need replacing Mitchell will refund you $10. I know this because he accidentally sent back $10 with my last set of nippers. It was supposed to go to somebody else as a refund because he he did not need to replace a rivet that they had paid for . . . That wasn't you was it Zach? LOL!
